Fuschia vs. orange

It's so obvious that color blocking has struck me quite deeply since last year. But,rather than combining 3 or 4 colors,I opt to only combine 2 major colors, and this time,I am inspired by fuschia and hot orange combination.I love neon colors and can never get enough of colors.

Kota Kinabalu Day 3

The third day was reserved for beach and island day. After checking out the hotel early morning,we took the boat to Manukan Island, one of Tunku Abdul Rahman National Marine Park series.

The island was so beautiful and I decided to try out snorkeling, only to find out that,I cannot swim and hardly balance myself in the water :P
What a shame! The last time I went swimming was probably when I was 10 or 11 years old :P

After Manukan Island,we ended our day by going to Tg Aru beach, about 5 km from terminal 2,KKIA and departed back to KL later that day.

Again,enjoy the pictures,guys!

*Next destination : Bangkok!

Kota Kinabalu Day 2

Second day in KK.We planned to go to Kinabalu National Park  and Kundasang, which took us about 2 hours and half by drive. However we woke up quite late that day and only made it to National Park as we needed to catch the mini bus back to the city center before 4 pm.It was a little regret for not making our trip to Kundasang, though.

As we were heading to the National Park,we rented a mini bus with some other people and suddenly there was a group of tourists from the Philippines started a conversation with us in the bus and decided to join us to explore the National Park!

After few hours wandering around ,we got back to the city center and on our way back to the hotel,we had a stop at a beach nearby facing the South China Sea.We decided to have dinner there since our stomachs were so empty and begged us to fill them up :P

We had dinner by the sea while watching the sunset, and no words could describe how beautiful it was.All the gratitude to our Almighty.

And we called it a day ;-)

Till my last entry about our last day in KK.
Bye guys.

Kota Kinabalu Day 1

So,my 3-day trip to Sabah explains of my absence these days.Sorry, peeps!

I headed out to the capital city of Sabah for a little getaway over the weekend, and little did I know,Kota Kinabalu offers a lot of fun, indeed!Besides,Kota Kinabalu is a clean city and the people there are very friendly and helpful, except at some point,I had difficulties to understand their dialect :P.But other than that,my first trip to KK was perfect ;-)

We started out our first day by visiting handicraft market, salted fish market, and wet market. And we walked along the beach of South China Sea. Later that day,we went to national museum and heritage village before took the bus to our hotel which is just next to OneBorneo Mall, the largest shopping mall in KK,I guess, where we had our Starbucks and little shopping at night ;-)

Oh,see those palazzo pants?they are perfect for lounging or out and about, and guess what,I should get another pair just like these :P

Enjoy the pictures and more pictures will come soon.
