Recipe 6 : Paprik




Hi all,
I am back with another simple yet delicious recipe!
If you're a fan of Thai food,Paprik is not a strange menu anymore.And who doesn't love it?It is a prefect blend of sweetness and sourness.

And this is one of the recipes I frequently cooked when I was studying in Japan because it is practically easy and tastes good ;-)

If today I use chicken,tomorrow I substitute with beef.
So,here is the recipe for you guys.

Ingredients

Chicken (Cut into cube)
Garlic (Crushed)
Red onion (Cut into big slices)
Carrot
Baby Corn
Red chilli
Kaffir leaves (Daun Limau Purut)
Salt
Soy sauce (Kicap)
Oyster Sauce
Chilli Sauce

How to make

1.Saute the garlic in a frying pan for a few minutes
2.Cook the chicken
3.When the chicken is cooked,put water
4.Put Soy sauce,chilli sauce and oyster sauce
5.Put Carrot first or any vegetables that you use that need more time to become soft and cooked
6.Put red chilli
7.Baby corn next
8.Red onion,and lastly kaffir leaves for a good aroma of paprik
9.Put salt and ready!

You can also use other vegetables like eda mame nuts.
