Half Year

Hola friends,
How is everyone doing so far?Guess what,I have another day off tomorrow.I spoke about this matter with some friends, said they were jealous of me because they don't get extra public holiday.Hehe.

Ah,it has been a very stressing weekend for me.I am not gonna write something sad and something that can turn my mood off here, enough to say,I had a meltdown over the weekend.Though I am feeling  bit better now.

Well, guess what?I have less than 2 mnths and a half until my wedding day!!I was totally freaked out with the fact that the more I prepare for the big day,the less I see everything is ready :(
Haha,I guess it's a normal scenario for a bride-to-be rite??

Well,I guess many have been wondering about my future plans after marriage?I'm not gonna explain in details ,enough to say I will follow my fiance to Germany after we're married. So,you might see a slightly different direction if this blog one day.

Talking about the top I wore in the pictures,I bought it from Thepoplook and since it's a bit body-hugging,I lower the scarf to cover the chest area.

Recipe 26:Self-frosting Nutella Cupcakes

I guess,I have an on-off relationship with Nutella. One time,I avoid this chocolate dip so much for its high calories and fat,and some other time,I badly crave for it like in this case.

I don't like to eat it with bread though,so I searched for a hint of how to enjoy eating nutella with something else until I found this super easy Self-FrostingNutella Cupcakes recipe.

There are many version of Nutella Cupcakes recipes,be it 90% Nutella-contained cupcakes,or in my recipe,I used like 40% of the nutella as the topping to the cakes.

So,check the method below and happy baking, guys!

Ingredients
200 g Flour
120 g Butter
3/4 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tbs baking powder
1 1/2 tbs Bicarbonate Soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup of fresh milk
few drops of essence vanilla
A jar of nutella

Methods
1.Preheat your oven to 150 degrees for 10 minutes and grease a 12 muffin pan with butter or cooking spray
2.Sift flour, baking powder and Bicarbonate soda and set aside
3.Meanwhile in another bowl, whisk the butter and sugar until perfectly mixed.
4.Add egg one at a time and keep mixing
5.Add essence vanilla next, and keep mixing
6.Add the flour in 3 addition.Alternately, add in milk in two addition.Start with flour and make sure end with flour as well.
7.Set aside.
8.Start filling the paper cup with 3/4 of the batter and add 1 full spoon of nutella.
9.Swirl the nutella to mix with the batter using a "lidi" or in my case,I used skewer stick to look like in the picture.

10.Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until toothpaste inserted in the cake comes out clean.
11.Enjoy!!

The Clock is Ticking

Hello guys,
As the weather got really hot lately,it didn't permit me to wear layers of clothes like I loved to.I might wear cardigan or camisole inside to hide the sheerness of the clothes, but other than that,I'd rather wear one layer piece only these days.Besides,I have transfered most of my blazers and outerwears to Germany.

About the scarf I wear in the pictures,it is a double-colored half-moon/D-cut scarf,so I can wear it on both side.See,I can save money with this scarf ;-)

The other day,I tried to find it at Jalan Tar,unfortunately I didn't find any like these. This one I bought at AEON Subang and the price is not that cheap.Thought I can get any cheaper if I ever found one at Jalan Tar.

Ah,feel a bit lazy to do my wedding DIY now,but no choice,I have to :P
The clock is ticking!!
