Travel:Amsterdam

After Keukenhof where we spent less hours than expected,we drove to Amsterdam,the capital city of Netherlands.Although I was here before,but I never get tired of this city.It's unique on its own way.

This time we decided to enjoy Amsterdam by foot.We talked through some parts of the city,pushing Alayna along,shopping a lil bit before we had our scrumptious dinner at a halal steak and ribs retaurant as we both are steak(husband only) and ribs lover.

And till then people.Next I will write posts about my recent trip to another beautiful city,ISTANBUL.

Amsterdam is famous of its canals.And also the houseboats,they are the other alternative for people to live in as the high rents of apartments in this city.

Travel : Keukenhof,Netherlands

Salam all,
As I'm writing this,we're now travelling to the south part of Germany and the upper side of Austria.Tomorrow we will be driving back and that is the end of our April travel series.Fuh,quite a lot of travels in a month,but overall,we really had a good time :)

So,in early April,we went to Keukenhof in Netherlands for the second time.The first time was last year when I was still carrying Alayna and it was like,we had a good luck as when we were there,the flowers were all in full bloom and weather was very nice.

In comparison to our trip to Keukenhof this year,we were a bit dissapointed as many of the tulips were still not in full bloom.

It was actually our fault that we didn't choose the correct time to come here.We came during easter break,which also the time we came last year,but compared to last year,Easter came early this year and spring was still on the way.

Well,we still enjoyed our day nevertheless,and this time around there were not so many people,so we had quite some space to really enjoy seeing the only bloomed tulips.

Till then.

Last year,we were a bit unlucky as I wanted to ride the boat touring the tulip gradens so badly,but the last boat was already full,but this year,we didn't care much because nothing else yet to see.Tulips were all still budding :(

Travel:Utrecht

Last two weeks we went to several places in Netherlands for some travel.We stayed in a city called Utrecht and from there we drove all the way to Keukenhof and Amsterdam.

This time we didn't spend much time in Netherlands because after Netherlands we still had one more travel which is Istanbul,of which I am also so eager to tell you guys about.

How are you guys doing?And how is your Ramadan so far?Sad that it's coming to the end pretty soon,and with the world tragedies that had happened and is happening in the world really give a big knock in the head,especially we, as muslims feel the agony of what is happening in Gaza,and the latest,another MAS airplane ill-fated tragedy that killed innocent souls.

Let's remember them in our prayers!

Last post about my trip to Holland last April.The next day after Amsterdam we went to Keukenhof,the largest tulips garden in Europe,and a fact about this garden is that,it is only opened 2 months in a year,starting from March till May,which I think is the peak season of tulips.

It was a lovely day,and I think I had tulip-headache that day,haha.

Amsterdam,Holland

Salam guys,

how is your fasting so far?For me all goes well,though I did not fast fully up to today,but I am glad that my baby behaved so well in my tummy :-) .Of course,I decided to give her a break some time as the length of fasting period here is up to 18 hours.

And I am so glad that this year is the first year I fast as a wife and the fact that I am able to cook almost everyday for my beloved husband.Forget the Ramadhan Bazaar or dining out in a restaurant because we would not find those here,and besides,what is better way to feed your husband's tummy than your own cooked food? :P

Well,I still have to write my stories on my recent trip to Holland.Not so recent anymore,but I think I need to jot down here.

The second day we went to Amsterdam,the capital city of Holland,obviously.Well,what European cities without old buildings,right?But I tell ya,Amsterdam is a city that has good combination of old and modern buildings.
